Epo-Rok™ Systems

Epo-RokŪ Grout Primer A two-component, 100% solids, thixotropic, epoxy-based primer/bond coat. Designed for use as a primer/bond coat specifically over The Epo-RokŪ Grout system prior to the application of an epoxy flooring overlayment. Its thixotropic consistency has been designed to prevent excessive drainage of this primer or the liquids from the epoxy flooring into the Epo-RokŪ Grout surface, in addition to ensuring a tenacious bond to the epoxy flooring system.

Epo-RokŪ Primer A two- component, 100% solids, light amber, epoxy-based primer/bond coat designed for use as a primer/bond coat specifically in conjunction with Epo-RokŪ Flooring and PT Flooring systems. Formulated to penetrate and reinforce the concrete substrate in addition to ensuring a tenacious bond between the Epo-RokŪ Flooring and the concrete floor.

Epo-RokŪ HT Primer A two-component, 100% solids, amber colored, epoxy-novolac based primer/bond coat designed for use as a primer/bond coat specifically in conjunction with Epo-RokŪ HT Flooring and HT Grout systems. Formulated to penetrate and reinforce the concrete substrate in addition to ensuring a tenacious bond between the HT Flooring and the concrete floor.

Epo-RokŪ Flooring A 100% solids, high performance floor resurfacer, designed for areas with spillages up to 150°F. This three component system is composed of an epoxy based resin blend, a modified polyamine hardener and a specially graded silica aggregate. Formulated with outstanding resistance to a wide variety of harmful chemical spills, it also possesses excellent resistance to the abuse of extremely heavy steel-wheeled traffic. A one time application with Epo-RokŪ Flooring gives worn severely eroded floors new life while providing an attractive, long lasting, non-porous surface.

Epo-RokŪ HT Flooring A 100% solids, high performance floor resurfacer, designed for areas with hot water spillages up to 212°F, and intermittent spillages to 240°F. This three component system is composed of a special high temperature epoxy novolac resin blend, a modified cycloaliphatic polyamine hardener and a specially graded silica aggregate. Formulated to have superior resistance to extremely harsh chemical spills. It also possesses excellent resistance to abuse of heavy steel wheeled traffic. Gives worn, eroded floors new life while providing an attractive, long-lasting non-porous surface.

Epo-RokŪ Quartz Flooring A 100% solids, multi-purpose, decorative floor resurfacer designed for light duty areas where slip resistance, ease of maintenance and cosmetics are a major consideration. Applied at 1/16" - 1/8" as a broadcast system or 3/16" when used in conjunction with an 1/8" Epo-RokŪ Flooring installation. This three component system is ideally suited for many applications found in hospitals, health care, research and educational facilities and pharmaceuticals. This seamless system is ideal for use in areas where sanitary needs are required. Formulated with excellent resistance to a wide variety of harmful chemical spills while possessing good UV resistance.

Epo-RokŪ Grout A three component, 100% solids, fast setting, epoxy grout/resurfacer designed for filling deeply eroded concrete areas of 1/2" thickness or greater. Used to fill and smooth out voids, cracks, ruts, spalls and potholes prior to the application of the Epo-RokŪ Flooring systems.

Epo-RokŪ HT Grout A three-component, epoxy-novolac based, heat and chemical resistant, fast-setting, epoxy grout/resurfacer designed for filling deeply eroded concrete areas of 1/2" thickness or greater in hot spillage areas. Used to fill and smooth out voids, cracks, ruts, spalls and potholes prior to the application of the Epo-RokŪ HT Flooring systems.

Epo-RokŪ Top Dressing A two-component, 100% solids, thixotropic, epoxy based top dressing for use with Epo-RokŪ Flooring systems. Available in clear an a variety of additional colors when used with UR-4 Color Add. Designed for use as a top dressing over the Epo-RokŪ Flooring systems to enhance abrasion, chemical resistance and cleanability.

Epo-RokŪ HT Top Dressing A two-component, 100% solids, thixotropic, "Novolac" epoxy based top dressing for use with Epo-RokŪ Flooring systems. Available in clear and a variety of additional colors with the use of UR-4 Color Add. Designed for use as a top dressing over the Epo-RokŪ HT Flooring to enhance abrasion and chemical resistance in areas subjected to extremely harsh chemical spillages. Ideal for use in chemical processing and storage areas.

Urethanes

UR-2 Duracure & UR-13 Duracure HS/VOC The ultimate in thin film polymeric coating systems. These aromatic, single component, moisture cure urethanes are oil free and provide outstanding abrasion and wear resistance for high traffic areas. UR-13 contains less than 420 g/l VOC's and can be used in most VOC regulated districts. Both systems conform to USDA guidelines for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. Floors coated with UR-2 and UR-13 maintain a high gloss finish which enhances the quality of the work place and extends the life of the floor.

UR-16 Duracure HS/VOC Aliphatic UR-16 Duracure HS/VOC Aliphatic is an oil free, aliphatic moisture cure urethane coating. This single component system provides excellent resistance to ultraviolet rays and is non-yellowing for interior and exterior use. UR-16 contains less than 420 g/l VOC's and can be used in most VOC regulated districts. UR-16 is suitable for high traffic areas requiring outstanding abrasion and wear resistance. The system conforms to USDA guidelines for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.

UR-20 Waterbased Urethane A technological breakthrough in water based urethane research. This two-component, high solids coating has a low VOC level. The key is the unique reaction chemistry allowed in water, instead of organic solvents. UR-20 exhibits superior abrasion and wear resistance as well as guards against moderate chemical spills. It rivals the high performance properties achieved with typical solvent based systems. This system conforms to USDA guidelines for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.
