Over the past few years, we have used Sealhard on numerous occasions to do a lot of floor work. What they have done for us is epoxy. 1/4" coatings and ESD. ESD, being the larger amount. They use a coating from Garland, which we have found over the past five years to stand up very well. Unlike some other floors which we have had installed in the past, these Garland coating remain in spec., no mater how bad it gets marked up.
Sealhard has come through for us on many occasions. We have had to put the floor in with very little time to do so. Azim and his people have been here around the clock and even on Christmas day in order to meet my requirements of job completion time frames.
I have found that Sealhard's prices keep our floor repair cost to a minimum. The people who work for Azim get the job completed in a professional manner. They leave our plant with everything cleaned up and put back where they found it.

As a growing, IS09000 approved, Contract Electronics Manufacturer we needed a durable, reliable and economic solution to our ESD flooring requirements. Through investigation into the various flooring alternatives we found that the product from Garland Floor Company and Sealhard met our specifications.
Sealhard personnel worked within our timetable to efficiently prepare and apply the ESD floor coating to approximately 11,000 sq.- ft. of concrete floor, during our scheduled downtime. This minimized any disruptions in manufacturing with very little impact to our customers.
Although initially, due to material problems, Garland QC personnel would not certify the floor with respect to its ESD properties, Sealhard re-applied the ESD coating to everyone's satisfaction.
Our floor is now both esthetically pleasing and provides the ESD function which we require. Sealhard's courteous staff.' handled the entire project with careful attention to detail and professionalism.
I have no problem in recommending Garland Floor Company products Sealhard services for either Epoxy or ESD flooring solutions.

The total footage was approx. 20,000 square feet and Sealhard was capable of shot blasting and scaling the floor over a weekend period allowing us to return to production on Monday morning with no production lost.
